The SUPPLIER shall maintain adequate insurance cover with a reputable company or institution in respect of all accommodation provided against fire, and such other risks as are usually covered by a supplier or lease holder’s comprehensive policy and all third party (public liability) risks, including, *** liability arising directly or indirectly from or in conjunction with any claims in respect of (i) loss of, or damage to, any real or personal property; (ii) the personal injury, or death of, any person; (iii) third party property loss or damage; or (iv) its liability to third parties to whom it provides the accommodation services.
