Zdarzenie to termin techniczny w prawie i logice. Tu chodzi o następstwa rozwiązania umowy. Rozwiązanie umowy jest spustem, który uruchamia m.in. obowiązek zaprzestania korzystania z oprogramowania itd. Bardziej literacko można przetłumaczyć "zdarzenia po ustaniu" jako "następstwa ustania".

PS. "Ustanie obowiązywania" ze względu na to, że "termination" nie zawsze ogranicza się do rozwiązania umowy – czasem obejmuje też zwykłe wygaśnięcie. Może w ogóle obejmować różne przypadki zakończenia obowiązywania umowy inne niż odstąpienie od umowy (withdrawal) lub uchylenie się od skutków oświadczenia woli (avoidance of contract).

PS. "Ustanie obowiązywania" ze względu na to, że "termination" nie zawsze ogranicza się do rozwiązania umowy – czasem obejmuje też zwykłe wygaśnięcie. Może w ogóle obejmować różne przypadki zakończenia obowiązywania umowy inne niż odstąpienie od umowy (withdrawal) lub uchylenie się od skutków oświadczenia woli (avoidance of contract).
