Appendix: general layout of foundation.
1) Setting out of foundation
a. Check and review drawing dimensions and site measurements before setting out.
b. Coordinate with construction party to define horizon reference and reference level, and perform lineation accordingly.
c. In case of any interfering matters during construction, perform thorough check and close coordination with construction staff before taking any measurements.
Notifications:
a) Reserve proper access for vehicles
b) No interfering objects exist in system height direction
c) The existences and placements of parking system’s posts, building’s columns, cabinet and fire hydrant doesn’t influence each other
d) No conflicts between post position and drainage trench.
e) 180mm minimum distance has to be left from wall to post center for frame installation and maintenance of BDP when installed indoor.
f) Construction can only be commenced when tolerance of diagonal distances < ±5mm during lineation.
d. Setting out
a) Using ink box when ground is dry; and using nylon wire when it’s wet;
b) Make sure diagonal distances are measured same.
