Dutch term
aanhaken
Dutch to English
Medical
Medical (general)
"Graft RCx met amplatz catheter kunnen aanhaken"
from a coronary angiography in a patient with bypass grafts.
I am not sure about the whole sentence, and specifically the word "aanhaken" (hook on?).
I think Amplatz is a type of catheter.
Thanks in advance for any help.

hook up
Grafts can hook up to Amplatz catheter.
An Amplatx catheter is a preform J-shaped catheter used as an alternative to a Judkins coronary catheter in coronary ateriography. (so, it makes kind of a hook). (from Dorland's Illustrated Medical Dictionary)
I am really not sure, but there is something wrong with the sentence.

engage
I think this relates to the pre-shaped nature of catheter which in effect does "hook-up" or more technically speaking engages.
