Dutch term

afgeblust

Dutch to English Medical Medical (general)
In a report about a patient's PCI procedure:
"kissing richting CX afgeblust"

I know 'afgeblust' is normally used in a culinary context, but here does it mean 'added' or something different?

Thank you in advance

Removed, taken away. The culinary reference is deglazed I think. So any obstruction or narrowing of the CX is being removed.

Have looked at this again and am wondering if it could read
"kissing balloon deployed in the direction of the CX"
Any more context?
