Dutch term
afzien van de vrijstelling
Dutch to English
Law/Patents
Law: Taxation & Customs
Customs
Document IM moet worden gebruikt "bij afzien van de vrijstelling".
Also:
In de situatie dat zowel hoofd- als bijkomendveredelingsprodukt met hetzelfde document worden wederuitgevoerd cq wordt afgezien van de vrijstelling kan ook een situatie ontstaan dat het invoerdocument waarvan moet worden afgeschreven niet voldoende saldo heeft.
How would other people translate "afzien" in this context? And would you use "relief" or "exemption" for "vrijstelling"?
Thanks! H

Death is the only 100% certainty. Highest I am sure does not mean 100%. In any event one can always suggest other words. By saying Highest I am sure, i am stating that in my mind I have no doubt because that is the term that I have mostly seen and heard.

: Agree with writeaway. Full confidence is very rarely claimed without any examples or references.
