FUHR is a German company, so I did a little poking around on their website at www.fuhr.de.
The equivalent of "sluitlijst" in the (original) German is "Schließleiste", which in turn is translated as "strike plate" in the English docs on the site - sometimes as "one-piece strike plate" to distinguish it from "Schließteile".
Seems a plausible translation to me, but that's my only supporting evidence for it.

Personally, I would translate "sluitkom" as "strike box", and "sluitlijst" as "strike plate". Hope that helps!
