customized (or custom-tailored) installation design
Construction is not my specialty but this is my first thought. The term 'xxxtechnisch' is typically Dutch and 'technisch' usually does not need to be translated. Of course it's technical - what else could it be? Customized means that the design is tailored to the customer's needs, in this case for a particular building.

: volgens mij gaat het niet om aanpassing aan de wensen van een koper maar om aanpassing aan de eigenschappen van het gebouw. /het kan nog steeds zo zijn dat de installering aan het gebouw is aangepast maar de koper het anders wil hebben. / niet zo bedoeld.

Dank je wel, Tina. Ook deze oplossing is niet perfect omdat die geen uitsluitsel geeft over wat er geïnstalleerd wordt. Dat moet dan uit de context duidelijk zijn.
