Summary hospitalization form
Hi everyone,
This is a handwritten summary hospitalization form from Quebec.
The patient suffered from viral gastroenteritis, AKI, metabolic acidosis, NSTEMI, acute tubular necrosis.
"contexte de DEG/NoVo + Do sur gastroentérite virale + prob"
I also have "résolution des Do, (downward arrow) NoVo et inappétance persiste"
Could "Do" be an abbreviation for "douleurs" = pain in this context?
I will be posting another question regarding "NoVO" :)
This is for the US
