Co-une > Co-front page

This is because a co-front page story is a story that is considered to be so important that it deserves to be featured on both the front page and another page of the newspaper.

: I can't find any evidence for this, and your reference is not relevant. Surely you know that Co stands for Company.

I'm not going to post this as an answer, because I suspect the asker has moved on and won't be returning to the question.
I think 'une' may be the lead front-page story, and 'co-une' may mean 'also on the front page' - in the days of print, these were referred to as 'below the fold'.
There are a few references to 'co-une' in this example from Côte d'Ivoire:

It is mentioned: "Page de couverture, "la UNE" and "CO-UNE". I can't get "CO-UNE"
