dimensione

XXXXX has a special gift. He can draw faces, just by listening to a voice.
I am not sure that has anything to do with this sentence, but it is background information any way.

I don't know how to render the term "dimensione". Here is some text.

James (Jim) Davis Jul 15, 2019:
Really do need to know what the previous "dimensione" was.
José Patrício Jul 15, 2019:

life

To translate literally with "dimension" would technically be accurate but it would ruin the poetry of this prose. One alternative might be "his new world". I would be helpful to know just how he lived before. Now he has a job, a wage, a bedroom and a new town. What exactly did he have before? Was he a slave, sleeping in a dungeon?
