Pewnie miało być coś w tym sensie, jak przykład poniżej:

"We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

czyli:

"With the exception of any legal liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law , we are not responsible for any losses.

albo jeszcze lepiej:

"Irrespective of any legal liabilities which cannot be excluded or limited by law , we are not responsible for any losses"
