Polish term

urządzenie przyłączane

Polish to English Tech/Engineering Electronics / Elect Eng
Mam taki termin "urządzenie przyłączane" w definicjach umowy. Chodzi mi o zgrabne wybrnięcie z tego w zdaniach typu: Strona jest zobowiązana do przylączenia urządzenia przyłączanego, tak żeby nie wychodziły cuda typu: The Party is obliged to connect the Connected Device / Device Being Connected itd., ale żeby oddać właściwie znaczenie tego "przyłączanego" Jest na to coś zgrabniejszego o czym nie wiem? Z góry dzięki za wszelkie podpowiedzi.
Change log

Oct 23, 2015 15:57: Frank Szmulowicz, Ph. D. changed "Level" from "Non-PRO" to "PRO"

Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

PRO (3): George BuLah (X), mike23, Frank Szmulowicz, Ph. D.

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Discussion

Ryszard Glegola Oct 23, 2015:
Może raczej nie dosłownie, a jako "Subscriber Device" albo "Customer Premises Equipment/Device" - te terminy są powszechnie używane i mogą tu pasować.
Grzegorz Mysiński Oct 23, 2015:
A może ,,device intended for connection''? Wtedy to ,,connection'' jest już trochę oddalone od ewentualnego ,,to connect''.
grzes Oct 23, 2015:
można zawsze użyć jakiegoś synonimu np. attach

One way of getting out of the morass.

system: connect the accessory module, attach the plug-in module
Note from asker:
thanks, chief.
However, this shit changes from "device" to "system". Now, should I go with "accessory device" and "accessory system?" I'm f......... confused.

detachable/attachable device

IDC: the 'iPad Pro' will likely be a 'detachable' hybrid device (I think they're wrong)

Example sentence:

Extension of the Attachable Device List of a Control Unit

A Detachable Device for Percutaneous Closure of the Atrial Appendage
