This sounds like a poor machine translation, that in reverse would go "You are so very special to me - I need us".

neutral Richard Lawson : Why would a Norwegian write to someone in the USA in bad Norwegian that doesn't look like anything a Norwegian would have written? As you say, machine translation is a possibility. There is something not quite right about this one!

You (plural) need us.

"I" is archaic in Norwegian (Riksmaal), it is still used in Denmark. The modern Norwegian word is "dere"
