Estamos en una pantalla de un formulario o es un documento de papel?
Hipótesis, será que hay que llenar datos en aquellos lugares?

Es una lista de objetivos en una de las diapositivas de un documento en PowerPoint. No hay nada que llenar. Por lo que leí es un tipo de contrato "FEED contract" pero no sé cómo expresarlo en español o si dejarlo en inglés.
