Croatian term

Prekidać-induktivni

Croatian to English Tech/Engineering Engineering (general) BHP - ichrona przed energ
I am a EN>PL translator and in an English file I found two Croatian phrases. I managed to translate one of them but the second one is a real problem for me. For many reasons I am not able to ask my PM and hope you will help me. The entire phrase:

Prekidać-induktivni DC 3-žični; Sn=8mm; M18; LED; 1NO; priključak M12 (40.01.878455) + (40.01.878600)

Could you be so kind and tell me if I have to post a question also about that "žični" and "priključak" or are you able and so helpful that you could to explain me the entire phrase?
