English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

WHEREAS: the Contractor is operating an off-dock terminal providing appropriate storage and repair services to empty containers; and

WHEREAS: the Contractor warrants that it has the professional knowledge, expertise and capacity as well as the necessary governmental and other authorities' permits and certificates enabling it to provide the Customer with the requested container storage and repair services; and

WHEREAS: on the basis of the Contractor's warranties and representations, the Customer is interested to engage the Contractor on a non-exclusive basis to provide storage and repair services to empty containers.

"Off-Dock Terminal" means the land and premises used by the Contractor outside the port for the Customer.
