Another problem is "design predators". in my opinion it could be like Designsucher, Designgräber in German because literally Jaeger I think it's not used in German.

The "bandwagon" obviously resumes something that has to be said before. But whatever that might have been, the quoted sentence should be "Die Spitzenarchitektur ist auch auf den fahrenden Zug aufgesprungen." - A somewhat funny idea, but that is what the author has written and what should be translated.

Agree with Nicole More context is necessary. The "bandwagon" equivalent picture might not work that well and/or require a different approach.
