Still on the same report about a 51 year old man who died of multiple organ failure.
Here is the context:
Desde su llegada se inician catecolaminas y reposición de volumen. Se extraen muestras para cultivo (de sange y orina) aunque ya se habían administrado antibióticos de amplio espectro. ......no se aprecia líquido libre en recesos hepato-renal ni espleno-renal; ambos rinones presentan imágenes hipodensas en su interior y el izquierdo esá "abollonado", aumentado de tamano y con morfología desestructurada. Se realizó ecocardiografía...
"Embossed" doesn't mean much to me:)
"bollo" = "bun"?? anything to do with that?

It’s a word usually used when you talk for example, and typically, about cars: “dented”. You wouldn’t quite use it for a kidney, and that’s why the quotations around it I guess. They probably mean "esta' abollonado" and not "esa' abollonado"
