The "economic" is redundant in English in the context of a price schedule. As a title, it is normally stated "Our Business Terms (and Conditions)". Economic business conditions refer to the business environment in relation to the economy, not to a firm's prices and policies.

: Yes, I agree that "economic" is wrong, and I don't think the word " financial" has to be in there either. Terms and conditions is a tautology, but it's so common it's hard to argue with.
