: Performance evaluation review (utvecklingssamtal) is more comprehensive than just personal target reviews that are mostly updates/follow-ups. The point is not to discuss performance but whether set objectives are being realized.

: What about "personal target review meeting" so as to distinguish between a comprehensive performance review and personal target/objectives review which may simply be a meeting to check that training is booked, milestones passed, etc...
