English term
"Giant ovarian cyst"
English

Medical (general)
ovarian cysts
Same problem as the previous question. Although I've found references to "giant ovarian cysts", I am surprised by the relatively low number of native English-language authors using this expression, so I'd like to know whether there is a more common term for this type of cyst.
"with abdominal distention, “constitutional syndrome” coffee-ground vomit and melenas, associated to a ***giant ovarian cyst***

giant ovarian cyst
That is the common term - I imagine that the only reason you haven't found that many refs is that giant ovarian cysts are (very) rare, with "large ovarian cysts" being more common, and therefore in wider use.

Of course, I'm not by any means suggesting that you should replace "giant" with "large" as they do not describe the same condition.

"Giant" is used in a number of other medical conditions: retina and iris cysts, naevi, etc. I don't think it's a problem here.
