Promethazine is one of the H1 receptor antagonists of the phenothiazine group (Figure 1). Promethazine is widely used as a potent antihistaminic for the symptomatic relief of hypersensitivity reactions or for enhancing the analgesic, anesthetic, and sedative effects of other drugs. It also has a slightly hypnotic effect, which is particularly valuable in the treatment of insomnia due to allergic conditions such as asthma and pruritus. Since the early 1990s, the use of midrange waterreducing admixtures in hot weather has increased. Midrange water-reducing admixtures provide up to 15% water reduction, which is higher than conventional water-reducing admixtures, but lower water reduction than high-range waterreducing admixtures. Although at present there is no ASTM classification, midrange water-reducing admixtures comply with the requirements of ASTM C 494, Type A admixtures, and in some cases, Type F admixtures. These admixtures will not delay the setting time of the concrete significantly. At higher dosages, conventional water-reducing admixtures can achieve this water reduction, but with significant increase in the setting time of the concrete. The pumping and finishing characteristics of concrete containing midrange water-reducing admixtures are improved when compared with concrete containing conventional Type A water reducers. The use of midrange water reducers is particularly beneficial in cases where aggregate properties contribute to poor workability or finishing difficulties. The surface appearance of concrete containing a midrange water reducer could be changed, thereby requiring a change of the timing of finishing operations. Also available are midrange water-reducing and retarding admixtures that comply with ASTM C 494 requirements for Type D admixtures. | Translation - Persian (Farsi)

The boy’s feminine position—which vitally influences his attitude to both sexes—is arrived at under the dominance of oral, urethral and anal impulses and phantasies and is closely linked with his relation to his mother's breasts. If the boy can turn some of his love and libidinal desires from his mother's breast towards his father's penis, while retaining the breast as a good object, then his father's penis will figure in his mind as a good and creative organ which will give him libidinal gratification as well as give him children as it does to his mother. These feminine desires are always an inherent feature in the boy's development. They are at the root of his inverted Oedipus complex and constitute the first homosexual position. The reassuring picture of his father's penis as a good and creative organ is also a precondition for the boy's capacity to develop his positive Oedipus desires. For only if the boy has a strong enough belief in the 'goodness' of the male genital—his father's as well as his own—can he allow himself to experience his genital desires towards his mother. When his fear of the castrating father is mitigated by trust in the good father, he can face his Oedipus hatred and rivalry.
