Now that Internet Explorer IE8 beta 2 is released, we know that many, if not most, pages viewed in IE8 will not be shown in standards mode by default. The dirty secret is buried deep down in the «Compatibility view» configuration panel, where the «Display intranet sites in Compatibility View» box is checked by default. Thus, by default, intranet pages are not viewed in standards mode.

یہ اجازت نامہ کسی بھی دستورالعمل یا دوسرے کام،کسی بھی واسطے میں، جو مالک کی طرف سے ایک نوٹس رکھے جس میں کہا گیا ہو کہ اسے اس اجازت نامے میں دی گئی شرائط کے تحت تقسیم کیا جاسکتا ہے۔ایسا نوٹس،ایک عالمی،حقوق سے پاک، لامحدود اجازت نامہ فراہم کرتا ہےان شرائط کے تحت جو یہاں بیان کی گئی ہیں۔یہ "دستاویز" کسی بھی ایسے کام کی طرف اشارہ کرتی ہے۔عوام کا کوئی بھی رکن پروانہ دار ہے،اوراسے "آپ" سے مخاطب کیا جاسکتاہے۔آپ یہ اجازت نامہ قبول کرتے ہیں اگر آپ ایک ایسے کام کی نقل،تبدیلی یا تقسیم کریں جس کے لیے مالکانہ حقوق کے قوانین کے تحت اجازت کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے۔ دستاویز کے"تبدیل شدہ ورژن" کا مطلب ہے کوئی بھی کام جو متعلقہ دستاویز یا اس کا ایک حصہ اپنے اندر رکھتا ہو،چاہے اسے حرف بہ حرف نقل کیا گیا ہو،یا تبدیلیوں کے ساتھ اور/یا کسی دوسری زبان میں ترجمہ کیا گیاہو۔ ایک "ثانوی حصہ" ایک دستاویز کا ذیلی یا وہ اہم حصہ ہے جو ناشر یا مصنف کے دستاویز کے عمومی عنوانات(یا ملتے جلتے معاملات) کے ساتھ تعلقات کو براہ راست بیان کرتاہے اور اس میں ایسی کوئی چیز نہیں ہوتی جو براہ راست عمومی عنوان کے تحت آتی ہو۔(اس طرح کہ اگردستاویز ریاضی سے متعلق ہے تو ایک ثانوی حصہ ضروری نہیں کہ ریاضی کی وضاحت کرے۔)یہ تعلق عنوان اور ملتے جلتے معاملات کے ساتھ کسی تاریخی تعلق کو بیان کرسکتا ہے،قانونی تعلق کو بیان کرسکتاہے،تجارتی،فلسفیانہ،یا سیاسی لحاظ سے تعلق کو بیان کرسکتا ہے۔ "غیر تغیر پذیر" ایسے ثانوی حصے ہیں جن کو غیر تغیر پذیر کے عنوان کے تحت بیان کیے گئے ہوں،اس نوٹس کے تحت کہ دستاویز اس اجازت نامے کے تحت جاری کی گئی ہے۔اگر کوئی حصہ ثانویت کی اوپر دی گئی تعریف پر پورا نہ اترے تو اسے غیر تغیر پذیر نہیں قرار دیا جاسکتا۔دستاویز تغیر پذیر حصوں سے مبرا بھی ہوسکتی ہے۔اگر کسی دستاویز میں غیر تغیر پذیر حصے شناخت نہ ہوسکیں تو اسے ان کی عدم موجودگی تصور کیا جائے گا۔ "سرورقی عبارت"(کور ٹیکسٹ) عبارت کے چھوٹے چھوٹے حصے ہیں جو آگے یا پیچھے سرخیوں کی شکل میں دیے گئے ہوتے ہیں،اس نوٹس کے ساتھ کہ دستاویز اس اجازت نامے کے ساتھ جاری کی گئی ہے۔ایک سامنے والی سرورقی عبارت زیادہ سےزیادہ پانچ5 الفاظ جبکہ پچھلی سرورقی عبارت پچیس25 الفاظ پر مشتمل ہوسکتی ہے۔ دستاویز کی "شفاف" نقل کا مطلب ہے جو مشین سے پڑھی جاسکے،ایک ایسے انداز میں پیش کی گئی ہو جس کی تفصیل عوام کے لیے دستیاب ہو، جسے عام دستیاب عبارتی مدوِن،(عکسی نقطوں پر مشتمل تصاویر کی صورت میں) جنیرک پینٹ پروگرام یا(ڈرائنگ کی صورت میں) کسی عام دستیاب ڈرائنگ مدوِن سے سیدھے سادھے اندازمیں مدوَن کیا جاسکتا ہو، جو عبارتی مدوِنوں کےلیے خام مال یا خود کار ترجمہ نگاروں کے لیے خام مال کا کام دے سکے۔ایک نقل جو شفاف انداز سے ہٹ کر بنائی جائے جس میں جرمانہ(مارک اپ) کی موجودگی یا عدم موجودگی،یا اسے ایسے انداز میں ترتیب دیا جائے کہ قاری کو بعد میں تبدیلی سے روکا جاسکے شفاف نہیں کہلا سکتی۔ایک تصویری بناوٹ یا فارمیٹ شفاف نہیں اگر یہ عبارت کے کسی بھی چھوٹے حصے کے لیے استعمال کی گئی ہو۔ایک نقل جو کہ "شفاف" نہیں "غیر شفاف" یا "مبہم" کہلائے گی۔ مناسب شفاف فارمیٹ یا بناوٹوں کی مثالیں پلین آسکی جرمانے کے بغیر،ٹیکسٹ انفو ان پٹ فارمیٹ،لاٹیکس ان پٹ فارمیٹ،ایس جی ایم ایل یاایکس ایم ایل جو عمومی دستیاب ڈی ٹی ڈی استعمال کریں،اور معیاری سادہ اور مطابقت پذیر ایچ ٹی ایم ایل،پوسٹ سکرپٹ یا پی ڈی ایف جو انسانی ہاتھ سے قابل تبدیل بنایا گیا ہو، ہیں۔شفاف تصویری بناوٹ(فارمیٹ) کی مثالیں پی این جی،ایکس سی ایف،اور جے پی جی ہیں۔غیر شفاف بناوٹوں(فارمیٹس) میں تمام ملکیتی فارمیٹس یا بناوٹیں شامل ہیں جو کہ ملکیتی لفظی عمل کاروں (ورڈ پروسیسرز) سے پڑھی اور مدوِن کی جاسکیں،ایس جی ایم ایل یا ایکس ایم ایل جس کے لیے ڈی ٹی ڈی یا عمل کار اوزار عمومًا دستیاب نہ ہوں، مشین سے حاصل شدہ ایچ ٹی ایم ایل، پوسٹ سکرپٹ یا پی ڈی ایف جو لفظی عمل کاروں نے صرف پڑھنےیا دیکھنے کے لیے پیدا کی ہو۔ "سرورق" کا مطلب،ایک چھپی ہوئی کتاب کے لیے،سرورق بذات خود اور اس کے ساتھ دوسرا مواد جو واضح انداز میں اس اجازت نامے کو بیان کرے یا اس کے لیے ضروری ہو، سرورق میں موجود ہونا ضروری ہے۔ایسے کام جن میں سرورق کی موجودگی نہیں ہوتی میں"سرورق" کا مطلب وہ عبارت ہے جو نمایاں انداز میں کام کے عنوان کو بیان کرے، اصل عبارت کی پیش روی کرتے ہوئے۔ ایک حصہ"عنوان اب ج" دستاویز سے اخذ کیا گیا نام ہے جس کا عنوان یا تو مختصر طور پر یا اب ج کی عبارت میں قوسین میں درج ہو جسے دوسری زبان میں ترجمہ کیا جارہا ہو۔(یہاں اب ج سے مراد ایک خاص حصے کا نام ہے) جیسا کا ذیل میں بیان کیا گیا ہے، (مثلاً منظوریاں،تعریفات،منتقلیاں،یا تاریخ۔) کسی ایسے حصے کےلیے"عنوان کی حفاظت" کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ جب آپ دستاویز میں تبدیلی کرتے ہیں تو اس میں ایک حصہ "عنوان اب ج" کی تعریف کے تحت موجود رہتا ہے۔ اجازت نامہ لاگو کرنے کے نوٹس کے بعد دستاویز میں وارنٹی کے بارے میں اعلان ہوسکتاہے۔ یہ وارنٹی اعلانات اس اجازت نامے کے حوالے کے طور پر شامل سمجھے جاتےہیں،مگر اس صورت میں جب یہ وارنٹی اعلان موافق ہو:کوئی اور الجھاؤ رکھنے کی صورت میں ناقابل عمل اور اس اجازت نامے کے معنی پر کوئی اثر نہیں رکھےگا۔

آپ اس دستاویز کو نقل یا تقسیم کرسکتے ہیں،کسی بھی واسطے میں،تجارتی یا غیر تجارتی طور پر،اس بات کا خیال رکھتے ہوئے کہ یہ اجازت نامہ،ملکیتی حقوق کا نوٹس،اور دوسرے اجازتی نوٹس جو یہ کہیں کہ یہ اجازت نامہ اس دستاویز پر لاگو ہوتا ہے، ہر نقل میں موجود ہوں۔اور آپ نے اس میں مزید کوئی شرائط لاگو نہیں کیں خواہ وہ اس اجازت نامے سےموافق ہوں یا نہیں۔آپ اس دستاویز کو آگے مزید نقل کرنے یا تقسیم کرنے سےروکنے یا اس پر قابو پانے کے لیے تکنیکی پابندیاں استعمال نہیں کرسکتے۔تاہم،آپ نقل کے معاوضے کے طور پر ہرجانہ وصول کرسکتے ہیں۔اگر آپ بہت زیادہ تعداد میں نقلیں تقسیم کریں تو آپ کو حصہ نمبر تین میں دی گئی شرائط کو پورا کرنا ہوگا۔ آپ اوپر دی گئی شرائط کے تحت نقول ادھار دے سکتے ہیں،یا عوام کو دکھانے کے لیے رکھ سکتے ہیں۔

اگر آپ دستاویزکی چھپی ہوئی نقول شائع کریں(یا میڈیا میں موجود نقول جو عموماً مجلد اور چھپی ہوئی ہوتی ہیں)،جو 100 سے بڑھ جائیں،اور دستاویز کا اجازت نامہ “سرورقی عبارت“ کا تقاضا کرے ،آپ کو نقول کا احاطہ اس سے کرنا چاہیے،جو صاف اور واضح انداز میں یہ بیان کرے،یعنی اگلی سرورقی عبارت سامنے والی طرف اور پچھلی سرورقی عبارت پچھلی طرف۔دونوں اطراف یہ صاف اور واضح انداز میں بیان کریں کہ ان نقول کے ناشر آپ ہیں۔سامنے والا سرورق عنوان کو تمام الفاظ کے ساتھ واضح اورنمایاں طور پر بیان کرے۔آپ کور پر مزید مواد شامل کرسکتےہیں۔نقل جو تبدیلیاں سرورق(کور) تک محدود رکھے،جب تک وہ دستاویز کا عنوان محفوظ رکھے اور ان تمام شرائط کو پورا کرے،اسے لفظ بہ لفظ نقل کے ذیل میں کہا جاسکتا ہے۔ اگر مطلوبہ عبارت سرورق کے لیےبہت بڑی ہے تو آپ پہلے دیےگئے فقروں(الفاظ،حروف) کو سرورق(کور) پر شائع کریں یا جتنے اس پر آسکتے ہوں۔ باقی کو فورًا بعد آنے والے صفحات پر رکھ دیں۔ اگر آپ دستاویز کی مبہم نقول 100 سے زیادہ تعداد میں شائع یا تقسیم کریں،آپ کو یا تو ایک مشینی پڑھنے کے قابل شفاف نقل اس مبہم نقل کے ساتھ شامل کرنا ہوگی، یا نیٹ ورک کی صورت میں اصل دستاویز جو ترامیم سے پاک ہو کی ایک نقل رکھنا ہوگی جہاں عوام آسانی سے رسائی رکھتے ہوں اور اسے اتار سکیں۔اگر آپ موخرالذکر طریقہ اختیار کریں تو آپ کو محتاط قدم اٹھانے ہونگے،جب آپ مبہم نقول کی تقسیم بلحاظ مقدار شروع کریں،اس بات کو یقینی بناتے ہوئے کہ اصل شفاف نقل کم از کم اس وقت کے ایک سال بعد تک مقررہ جگہ پر قابل رسائی ہو جب آپ نے مبہم نقل کی آخری نقل عوام میں تقسیم کی تھی( خواہ وہ براہ راست ہو،آپ کے کسی نمایندے یا ریٹیلیر کے ذریعےہو)۔ یہ ضروری نہیں مگر درخواست کی جاتی ہے کہ آپ دستاویز کے مصنف سے زیادہ تعداد میں نقول تقسیم کرنے سے پہلے رابطہ کرلیں شاید وہ آپ کو دستاویز کا جدید ترین ورژن فراہم کرسکیں۔
[ترمیم] 4۔تبدیلیاں،ترامیم:
آپ اوپر حصہ نمبر 2 اور 3 میں دی گئی شرائط کے تحت اس دستاویز کا تبدیل شدہ ورژن نقل اور تقسیم کرسکتے ہیں،اس بات کاخیال رکھتے ہوئے کہ آپ تبدیل شدہ ورژن ٹھیک اسی اجازت نامے کے تحت جاری کریں،تبدیل شدہ ورژن اس دستاویز کا کردار اداکرے،اس طرح کہ تبدیل شدہ ورژن کی مزید تبدیلی اور تقسیم کوئی بھی کرسکے جس کے پاس اس کی ایک نقل موجود ہو۔اس کے ساتھ ساتھ،آپ کو تبدیل شدہ ورژن میں مندرجہ ذیل باتوں کا خیال رکھنا ہوگا۔

* ج۔عنوانی صفحے پر تبدیل شدہ ورژن کے ناشر کا نام بطور ناشر بیان کریں۔
* د۔دستاویز کے تمام ملکیتی حقوق کے نوٹس برقرار رکھیں۔
* ر۔اپنی تبدیلیوں کے لیے ایک ذاتی ملکیتی نوٹس دوسروں کے ساتھ متصل کرکے شامل کردیں۔
* س۔ملکیتی حقوق کے نوٹس کے فورًا بعد ایک اجازت نامہ شامل کریں،جو کہ نیچے دیے ضمیمے کی شرائط کے مطابق اس تبدیل شدہ ورژن کے عوامی استعمال کی اجازت دیتا ہو۔
* ص۔غیر تغیر پذیر حصوں اور سرورقی عبارتوں کے بارے میں نوٹس جو دستاویز کے اجازت نامے میں شامل ہیں،کو قائم رکھیں۔

* ن۔کسی بھی قسم کے وارنٹی اعلانات کو برقرار رکھیں۔
اگر تبدیل شدہ ورژن میں نیااصل مواد(فرنٹ میٹر)یا ذیلی حصے شامل ہوں جو ثانوی حصے کے طور پر قابل قبول ہوں اور دستاویز سے کوئی بھی نقل شدہ حصہ اپنے اندر نہ رکھتے ہوں،آپ پر منحصر ہے کہ انھیں غیر تغیر پذیر قرار دےدیں۔ ایسا کرنے کے لیے،تبدیل شدہ ورژن کے اجازت نامے میں انھیں غیر تغیر پذیر حصوں کی فہرست میں شامل کردیں۔یہ عنوانات دوسرے عنوانات سے مختلف ہونے چاہئیں۔ آپ ایک حصہ "تصدیق" کے ذیل میں شامل کرسکتےہیں،اس بات کا خیال رکھتے ہوئے کہ اس میں آپ کے تبدیل شدہ ورژن کے بارے میں اسناد کے علاوہ اور کچھ شامل نہ ہو۔۔مثال کے طور پر،کسی ہم مرتبہ کا نظر ثانی کا دعوٰی یا یہ کہ عبارت کسی تنظیم یا کسی معیاراتی ادارے کی تعریف کے لحاظ سے منظور شدہ ہے۔ آپ 5 الفاظ تک ایک عبارت اگلےسرورق(فرنٹ کور)میں شامل کرسکتے ہیں،اور25الفاظ تک کی عبارت پچھلی سرورقی عبارت کے طور پر،تبدیل شدہ ورژن کی سرورقی عبارتوں کی فہرست کے نیچے۔ اگلی یا پچھلی سرورقی عبارت کا صرف ایک پیرا یا پیسج کوئی ایک ہستی شامل کرسکتی ہے(یا تبدیلیاں پیدا کرسکتی ہے۔)اگر دستاویز میں پہلے ہی ایک سرورقی عبارت موجود ہے اسی کور کے لیے،جو پہلے آپ نے شامل کی تھی،یا اس ہستی نے یہ تبدیلی کی تھی جس کے نمائندے کے طور پر آپ کام کررہے ہیں، آپ مزید اضافہ نہ کریں،ہاں آپ پرانی کو تبدیل کرسکتے ہیں،پچھلے ناشر کی واضح اجازت کے بعد جس نے یہ شامل کی تھی۔ تبدیل شدہ ورژن کےتخلیق کار(تخلیق کاران) اور ناشر(ناشرین) کو اس بات کی اجازت نہیں کہ وہ اس اجازت نامے کے ذریعے اپنی تشہیرکریں،حق جتائیں یا تصدیق کریں۔

آپ ان دستاویزات کا ادغام ان کے ساتھ کرسکتے ہیں جو اس اجازت نامے کے ساتھ جاری کی گئی ہیں،ان شرائط کے تحت جو حصہ نمبر 4 میں تبدیل شدہ ورژن کےلیے بیان کی گئی ہیں،اس بات کا خیال رکھتے ہوئے کہ آپ تمام اصل دستاویزات کے غیر تغیر پذیر حصے بھی ادغام میں شامل کیے ہیں،بغیر تبدیلی کے،اور ان تمام کو غیر تغیر پذیر کے طور پر اندغام شدہ کام کے اجازت نامے میں فہرست کے طور پر دے دیا ہے،اور یہ کہ آپ نے ان کےتمام وارنٹی اعلانات برقرار رکھے ہیں۔ ادغام شدہ کام میں اس اجازت نامے کی صرف ایک نقل کی ضرورت ہے،اور کثیر و ایک جیسے غیر تغیر پذیر حصے ایک نقل سے تبدیل کیے جاسکتے ہیں۔اگر اس میں کثیر غیر تغیر پذیر حصےایک جیسے نام مگر مختلف مواد کے ساتھ موجود ہیں،ان کو ہر ایک کے آخر میں اس کے ناشر کے نام کا اضافہ کرکےاگر معلوم ہے تو،ورنہ الگ نمبر دے کر ایک دوسرے سے جدا کردیں۔اسی طرح کا معاملہ ادغام شدہ کام کے اجازت نامے میں غیر تغیر پذیر حصوں کے عنوانات کے ساتھ کریں۔ ادغام میں آپ نے تمام حصے جو تاریخ کے عنوان کےذیل میں مختلف اصل دستاویزات میں جمع ہیں شامل کرنے ہیں،ایک "تاریخ" نامی حصہ بناتے ہوئے،اسی طرح "منظوری" اور "انتساب" کے حصوں کے عنوانات کے ساتھ کرنا ہے۔"تصدیق" کے تحت دیے گئے تمام حصے آپ نے حذف کردینے ہیں۔

آپ اس دستاویز اور اس اجازت نامے کے تحت جاری کی گئی دوسری دستاویزات کا ایک مجموعہ بنا سکتے ہیں،اور مختلف دستاویزات میں موجود اجازت نامے کی نقول کو مجموعے میں موجود ایک ہی نقل سے تبدیل کرسکتے ہیں،لفظ بہ لفظ نقل کے سلسلے میں اس اجازت نامے کی شرائط کا خیال رکھ کر۔ آپ ایسے مجوعے سے اکیلی دستاویز اخذ کرسکتے ہیں،اور اسے اس اجازت نامے کے تحت انفرادی طور پر تقسیم کرسکتے ہیں،اس بات کا خیال رکھتے ہوئے کہ اس اجازت نامے کی ایک نقل اخذ شدہ دستاویز میں شامل کردی جائے،اور اس اجازت نامےکے تمام پہلوؤں کا دستاویز لفظ بہ لفظ نقل کے سلسلے میں خیال رکھا جائے۔

کسی ذخیرہ کرنے والے یا تقسیم کار واسطے میں دستاویز یا اس کے آخذوں کی دوسرے الگ اور آزادکاموں یا دستاویزات کے ساتھ تالیف اجماع(ایگریگیٹ) کہلاتی ہے،اگر تالیف کے بعد بننے والے ملکیتی حقوق تالیف کےاستعمال کنندگان کے اختیارات یا حقوق کو محدود کرنے کے لیے استعمال نہ ہوں انفرادی کام کی اجازتوں سے بڑھ کر۔جب دستاویز میں اجماع شامل ہو،یہ اجازت نامہ اجماع میں موجود دوسرے کاموں پر لاگو نہیں ہوتا جو بذات خود دستاویز کا اخذ یا حاصل نہیں۔ اگر سرورقی عبارت(کوَر ٹیکسٹ) حصہ نمبر 3 دستاویز کی نقول پر لاگو ہوتاہے،اس صورت میں اگر دستاویز تمام اجماع کا آدھے سے کم ہے،سرورقی عبارتیں کورپر دی جاسکتی ہیں جو دستاویز کو اجماع میں شامل کردیں،یا کور کا برقی متبادل اگر دستاویز برقی شکل میں ہے۔ ورنہ انھیں چھپے ہوئے کور پر ظاہر ہونا چاہیے تاکہ اسے تمام اجماع میں شامل کردے۔
[ترمیم] 8۔ترجمہ:
ترجمے کو تبدیلی کی ایک شاخ تصور کیاجاتاہے،چناچہ آپ دستاویز کے تراجم حصہ نمبر 4 کی شرائط کےتحت تقسیم کرسکتے ہیں۔غیرتغیر پذیر حصوں کو تراجم سے تبدیل کرتے ہوئے جن کے لیے ملکیتی حقوق رکھنے والوں سے خصوصی اجازت کی ضرورت ہے،مگر آپ غیر تغیر پذیر حصوں کے کچھ یا تمام حصوں کے تراجم کے ساتھ اصل ورژن بھی شامل کرکے کام چلا سکتے ہیں۔آپ اس اجازت نامے کی ایک نقل بھی شامل کرسکتے ہیں،اور تمام دوسرے اجازت نامے جو دستاویز میں شامل ہیں،اور وارنٹی اعلانات، اس بات کاخیال رکھتے ہوئے کہ آپ اس اجازت نامے اور دوسے اجازت ناموں اور اعلانات کے اصلی انگریزی ورژن بھی شامل کررہے ہیں۔ اگر دستاویز میں کوئی حصہ منظوری،انتساب،یا تاریخ کے ذیل میں ہے،ضرورت (یعنی حصہ نمبر4) اور عنوان برقرار رکھنے(حصہ نمبر1) کی شرائط اصلی عنوان کو تبدیل کرنے کے لیے لاگو ہونگی۔
[ترمیم] 9۔ اختتام:
آپ اس اجازت نامے کو نقل،تبدیل،ذیلی اجازت نامہ بنانے یا تقسیم کرنے کے لیے ان شرائط کے علاوہ استعمال نہیں کرسکتے جو اس دستاویز میں واضح طور پر بتا دی گئی ہیں۔ اسے نقل،تبدیل،ذیلی اجازت نامہ،یا تقسیم کرنے کی کوئی بھی ایسی کوشش خلاف قانون ہوگی،اور اس اجازت نامے کے تحت آپ کے تمام حقوق کو خود بخود ختم کردے گی۔ تاہم، لوگ جنھوں نے آپ سے نقول یا حقوق اس اجازت نامے کے تحت حاصل کی ہیں،اجازت نامے کے انقطاع میں شامل نہیں ہونگے جب تک کہ وہ ان شرائط پر کاربند رہیں۔
[ترمیم] 10۔مستقبل میں اس اجازت نامے کی اصلاحات:
فسف(فری سافٹویر فاؤنڈیشن) گاہے بگاہے جی این یو آزاد دستاویزی اجازت نامے کے نئے اور ترمیم شدہ ورژن شائع کرسکتی ہے۔ایسے نئے ورژنوں کی روح یہی ہوگی ،جب کہ تفاصیل مختلف ہوسکتی ہیں جو نئی مشکلات یا ضروریات کو بیان کریں گی۔تفصیل کے لیےhttp://www.gnu.org/copyleft/ اجازت نامے کے ہر ورژن کو ایک الگ امتیازی نمبر دیا گیاہے۔اگر دستاویز میں ایک مخصوص نمبر شدہ ورژن یا "کسی جدید ورژن" کی شرائط لاگو ہونے کے بارے میں بیان ہو،آپ کے پاس اختیار ہے کہ آپ اس مخصوص ورژن کی شرائط کی پیروی کریں یا کسی دوسرے جدید ورژن کی جوفسف کے تحت شائع ہوچکا ہے(مسوّدے کے طور پر نہیں) ۔اگر دستاویز کوئی ورژن نمبر نہیں بتاتی،تو آپ کوئی بھی ورژن چن سکتے ہیں جو کسی بھی وقت فسف کی طرف سے شائع ہوا ہو(مسوّدے/ڈرافٹ کے طور پر نہیں)۔
