Pyrethroids are a group of synthetic (man-made) chemicals which are used as pesticides in a variety of commercial, agricultural, and home uses (1-3). Pyrethroids are a more stable form of pyrethrins (natural insecticides derived from the chrysanthemum plant) (2, 3). Permethrin and resmethrin are two examples of pyrethroid insecticides which are used to control a wide variety of insects in agricultural, veterinary, and domestic uses. Generally, permethrin and resmethrin are used in sprays, pet flea shampoos, lice shampoos, municipal mosquito abatement products, and aerosol bombs (household foggers) that may result in exposure of children (1-3).

• If a valve fault alarm is raised, the control system takes no automatic action. The operator should inspect/maintain as appropriate. As valve actuation occurs during start-up, shut-down and condenser duty change-over, the operator should ensure that the process has not been affected by the valve failure, and if necessary take manual remedial action to return the system to a safe operating state.

1.1. The Seller sells and the Purchaser buys the Product – articles of clothing, footwear for men and women, as well as complementary accessories, hereinafter referred to as the Product, under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.2. Name, range, quantity and other features of the Product together with the price and delivery time of the Product are specified by the Parties individually and recorded in the Purchase Specification, incorporated herein and signed by both Parties.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
