רצ"ב בקשת המועצה האזורית משגב לתמיכה בשנת 2010.
לנוכח העובדה כי המועצה פועלת לקידום האוכלוסייה הבדואית בכל המישורים - פיזית חברתית ותעסוקתית, הוחלט השנה להעתיק את המודל המוצלח של מרכז המידע לתעסוקה למגזר הבדואי.
להלן תמצית הבקשה:
זו השנה הרביעית בה מועצה האזורית משגב מפעילה באופן עצמאי "מרכז מידע לנושא תעסוקה ויזמות".
המועצה יזמה את הקמת המרכז במטרה להקל על תושבי משגב ומשפחות חדשות המעונינות להיקלט, באיתור מקומות עבודה באזור.
מרכז מידע לתעסוקה כחלק מהמחלקה לפיתוח יישובים, משרת את אחת מיעדי המועצה והתחייבותה לסיוע וטיפול בחוסן הקהילתי וביצירת תשתיות תעסוקתיות.
הודות לתמיכת ה Overseas allocations-המרכז עומד ביעדיו ומספק מידע שוטף ומתעדכן לגבי משרות פנויות, דורשי עבודה, הצעות מעסיקים, הכשרות מקצועיות ומידע ליזמים.
המרכז פועל בעיקר באמצעות אתר אינטראקטיבי (www.jobin-misgav.org.il) בו קיימים מאגר של מחפשי עבודה לצידו של מאגר עדכני של מאות משרות פנויות במשגב בפרט ובצפון בכלל.
מרכז המידע לתעסוקה - תוכנית תעסוקה למגזר הבדואי
בשנת 2010, המרכז ירחיב את פעילותו, ויתן מענה מותאם לאוכלוסיה הבדואית של משגב
היעד:
לפעול למימוש המסוגלות התעסוקתית והפוטנציאל הטמון להעצמה אישית של הפרט והחוסן הקהילתי ביישובים של המגזר הבדואי במשגב.
האמצעי:
הפעלת מודל מותאם לקידום התעסוקה לאוכלוסייה הבדואית, בשימוש מודלים קהילתיים ורשתות חברתיות ליצירת חוסן וסולידריות חברתית כלכלית. (במעגל תאום עם המחלקה לשירותים חברתיים, אגף החינוך, המרכז הקהילתי).
שלב א':
איסוף מידע: מיפוי האוכלוסייה באוריינטציה תעסוקתית, ביצוע סקר ב-2 ישובי פיילוט(דמיידה וערב אל נעים) איסוף נתוני הסקר וניתוח ממצאים
שלב ב':
יצירת שירות מותאם ומונגש לתושבים הבדואים במשגב, הכוון, אימון וייעוץ אישי לדורשי עבודה, עידוד וליווי יזמות מקומית והנעתם של דורשי עבודה לתהליכי עבודה.

Please see below the request of Misgav Regional Council for support in 2010.
Given the fact of the council's activity for promotion of Bedouin population in all aspects: physical, social and employment, it was decided this year to copy the successful model of the employment information center to the Bedouin sector.
I present you with the essence of the request:
This has been the fourth year, in which Misgav regional Council has independently operated an "information center for employment and entrepreneurship".
The council has initiated the center with the purpose of facilitating both Misgav's residents and families wishing to be absorbed, in locating jobs in the region.
An employment information center as part of the department for community development, serves one of the council's goals and its commitment to the assistance and treatment of community strength, and to the creation of an employment infrastructure.
Thanks to the help of Overseas allocations, the center has met its goals and providing fluent information, and keeping updated about: open positions, job- seekers, offers made by employers, professional training and information for entrepreneurs.
The center mainly works through an interactive web-site (www.jobin-misgav.org.il), which includes a database of job-seekers along with an updated database of hundreds of available jobs specifically in Misgav, and in the north in general,
Employment Information Center- Employment program for the Bedouin Sector
In 2010, the center will expend its activity, and will provide an adequate response for Misgav's Bedouin community.
The goal:
Act in order of realizing the employment capability and the potential for personal empowerment of both individual and the community strength in the Bedouin settlements in Misgav.
The Means:
To apply a customized model of employment promotion in the Bedouin population, and the use of community models and social networks in order of creating community strength and a social-economical solidarity (in collaboration with the department of social services, the department of education and the community center)
First Stage:
Collection of information: an employment-oriented mapping of the population, performing surveys in two "pilot" settlements (Demayde and Arab Al- Naim) gathering the survey's results and analyzing the findings.
Second Stage:
Creating a customized and accessible for the Bedouin residents of Misgav. Providing guidance, training and personal advising for job-seekers. Furthermore, propelling and accompanying local initiatives, and motivating job-seekers into working processes. (Below a detailed working plan)

Creating professional training as a way for increasing the job placement of the Bedouin residents of Misgav. Locating and characterizing the requirements. Selection of a compatible course for training (with a possibility for placement) building the course together with professional training institutions, and its application and marketing.
5, Community projects Strengthening the community employment power
Customized goal:
Strengthening the community employment power in the Bedouin settlements in Misgav.
Recruiting people for a local leadership program in the settlements. Empowerment of leading figures in the community, who will assist in the economical thinking and building process of employment in the settlement.
