The Ayutthaya Kingdom saw 5 dynasties, 33 kings and was involved in 70 wars. In 1352, King Ramathibodi of Ayutthaya conquered the Khmer and in 1378 the Ayutthaya Kingdom conquered Sukhothai to its north. Again in 1431 the Ayutthaya Kingdom waged war with the Khmer finally sacking Angkor after a 7 months siege. From 1548-1578 the city was under siege from the Burmese. SUMMARY:
The cause of a fire or other emergency incident can often be defined or partially defined whilst the incident is still in the combatant stage. It is imperative that all Incident Commanders understand the incident investigation process so that consideration of the cause is given prior to the arrival of the designated Investigation Officer. The combined courses will provide participants with both the ability to attend and complete a post-incident investigation of the cause and also to partially determine the cause during the incident whilst it is under their command.
INCIDENT COMMAND COURSE SUMMARY:
The goal of this training course is to provide the partcipants with a comprehensive understanding of the practices and procedures of Emergency Incident Management and Command. The course should further serve to provide participants with an opportunity to transfer the theoretical knowledge attained into a practical application of the management process at simulated incidents and also to apply and validate their own Standard Operating Procedures.
This course should include EXTENSIVE use of an Advanced Disaster Management Simulator
FIRE INVESTIGATION COURSE SUMMARY:
The course will be designed to provide the Fire Investigation Officer with a wide range of skills and experience regarding Fire Investigation. Emphasis is on international practices and procedures and lessons should be delivered through classroom sessions, group workshops and desktop and practical exercises. The training course content and design of the Live Fire Training facility should be in accordance with an internationally acclaimed procedure and design.

Introduction
Somerset University was founded in 1772 as the first university institution in England. With a long tradition of academic excellence, it now has more than 13,000 students studying in a stunning campus location overlooking the English Channel. Academic strengths

สำหรับ ขั้นตอนการจัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์แบบใหม่นั้น มีขั้นตอนวิธีการดำเนินงานพอสรุปได้ดังนี้
ขั้นตอนที่ 1

The new processes of the strategic planning
For the new processes of the strategic planning, there are steps summarised as followed;
Step 1 Setting the vision
This is the step of determining the longest term objectives of the organisation. They are generally used as the main objectives of the organisation. They are rarely got changed or occasionally altered. In fact, they have already existed. In the model schema of the organisation, when the strategic planning was created, most of the organisation normally either brought its vision to the use or readjusted it as to bring it up to date. In other words, setting the vision is an attempt to acquire the answer for the question “What do we want to achieve?”
Step 2 Setting the main mission
This is the step of determining how to process a primary operational procedure. This is to assure that there is the possibility of what we aim could be achieved. In other words, the main mission is an attempt to acquire the answer for the question “Why do we need to establish our organisation?” The answer is that we establish our organisation because we want it to be as we have anticipated.
Step 3 Setting the mutual value
This is the step of determining the main (value) of the organisation which can act as a medium that adjusts staffs’ behaviour and believe in an according direction. In other words, setting the mutual value is an attempt to acquire the answer for the question “What do we believe in?”
Step 4 Setting the group of the main accomplishment
This is the step of determining the group of the main accomplishment of our organisation. In fact, despite the organisation’s operational procedure is achieved in several aspects, we still need to determine what the main accomplishment that we aim is. Generally, the main accomplishment has similar characteristic as the other side of the coin that is differentiated to the success balance measurement index.
That is, an aim is seen through the main emerging accomplishment or the end-point, not the objectives or starting-point. Similar to what BSC has said that the setting of the group of the main accomplishment is “the new determination path in implementing the strategy and the particular specification”.
Remark: In fact, before accurately implementing the main accomplishment and the success balance measurement index, the strategic respondents must, beforehand, have a comprehensive understanding that is fundamentally necessary for the strategic planning.
Step 5 Setting the strategic objectives
This is the critical step occurred during the strategic planning and the strategic implementation. In other words, it is the determination of the answer for the question “What do we need to do?”
Step 6 Setting the strategies
This is the step of a task/ project determination. It has characteristic of an activity execution where each single objective is carried out to practice. Practically, each strategy and each subject will be assigned, to put into practice, to subordinates. The tools that are used to put the strategies into practices are called “operative plan”. The related details regarding “operative plan” will be presented in following section.
