Hey Lizza, I have a similar certificate in my hands now. Ci stands for Cilt and BSN stands for what you say but is there a way that Ki should be read as Kü (Kütük = Registry)? Thanks.

I dont recall such abbreviations used in marriage certs. Maybe it is old version? Please try to give some more info to be sure.
