German to English Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright Gebrauchsmusterverletzung / utility model infringement
Merkmalsgliederung

@Sebastian, may I suggest... that you close the question without awarding points, please...?
Don't want Mr. Yildirim accidently being rewarded for posting his usual gibberish...
Sebastian Witte (asker) Feb 11, 2013:
Thank you, Rebecca .
Rebecca Garber Feb 11, 2013:
I believe that you have solved your own problem. "said claim 35 in conjunction with claim 1 having a version with a list of features should precede claim 68"
Sebastian Witte (asker) Feb 10, 2013:
What we now think it means Claim 68 optionally stipulates that a luggage case exists in accordance with one of claims 35 to 67.

Claim 35 refers back, inter alia, to claim 1.

Therefore - other than as provided for in the request - this claim 35 in conjunction with claim 1 with a version breaking down the features should logically precede claim 68.

disagree Kim Metzger : Spelling problems" "preced", "clim". And you've got the precedence backwards.

disagree dkfmmuc : Would be fine if you would use the "hide" option for your answer. You may try it again!
