Επίσης, ήθελα να προσθέσω ότι τέτοιου είδους προϊόντα ονομάζονται συνήθως επιδόρπια ή γλυκίσματα, όχι κρέμες (βλ. συνδέσμους).
Όσο για το χαρακτηρισμό του προϊόντος, πολλά μπορούν να ειπωθούν. Προτείνω μια απλή και σύντομη και συνηθισμένη λύση, αν και ο Σωκράτης έχει καλύψει τέλεια το θέμα.

: Είναι: 1. όνομα γλυκίσματος, 2. τίτλος προϊόντος. Δεν μπορούμε να το πούμε "κρέμα σφιχτή που λειώνει στο στόμα". Στα Γαλλικά η περιγραφή ακούγεται ωραία, στα Ελληνικά όμως όχι.
