Hallo,
In einem Text über Spa-Behandlungen (Schlankheit) habe ich den Satz: "Manœuvres dans la gouttière retro malléolaire 4 x par poste".
Ich finde zwar die Lage dieser "gouttière" (so weit ich es verstehe, ist est die Sehne, die von der Ferse zur Wade führt), weiss aber nicht, wie sie auf Deutsch richtig heisst.
Kennt sich jemand aus?

Existiert ist wohl die falsche Wortwahl; der lateinische Wortwahl wird wohl häufiger verwendet. Die von Liz erwähnte retromalleoläre Gleitrinne wäre eventuell auch eine Möglichkeit.

Zusammenfassung:
Anatomische, histologische und experimentelle Untersuchungen zeigen, daß der knöchernen Ausformung der retromalleolaren Gleitrinne zur Verhinderung einer Peroneussehnenluxation untergeordnete Bedeutung zukommt. Als entscheidende Haltestruktur ist das Retinaculum musculorum peroneorum superius anzusehen. Ein differenzierter Weg zur Diagnose und anatomiegerechten Therapie wird beschrieben sowie die Nachuntersuchungsergebnisse von 31 Patienten werden präsentiert.
Abstract
Anatomic, histological and experimental investigations show that for preventing luxation of the peroneal tendons, the shape of the retromalleolar groove is less important. The deciding structure is the retinaculum musculorum peroneorum superius. A subtly differentiated way for diagnosis and therapy, depending on the natural anatomy is presented. The results of a follow-up examination of 31 patients are reported.
