Assuming the original \"asiakasvastaava\" is a job title in the sense of manager, then you are correct. Unfortunately the asker never gave the context and doesn\'t appear involved enough to follow up. : You are right, e.g. in a PR agency h/she would be called an Account Manager, even though in Finnish we just say tiedottaja (not manager, either) ... I know people who are translators, but their title is Project Manager or Localisation Manager...
