But my answer refers to valivuokraamalla, Jussi, so I don't understand your comment. It is possible to rent from private landlords via an agency, isn't it? Is this not the meaning here?

I did not have time to search the word in the morning, but now I did some searching and found out that välivuokraus is the same as edelleenvuokraus, I don't know why they have recently started using another word.
Usually students sublet their flats, but not only students. It can be Senaattikiinteistöt or any organisation just as well.
