power of attorney / processed extract from the register
On the basis of the Swedish text 'VK' is quite surely for 'valtakirja' (power of attorney).
In 'KRO' the 'RO' part is for 'rekisteriote' (extract from a register). But then there remains the mysterious 'K'. According to Swedish variant it should have sth to do with 'hand', maybe 'handlagt', which could mean that the extract is appropriately dealt with: the names and other information of the seller and the buyer added and they have signed it, and maybe all is additionally accepted/validate by some authority. So 'KRO' could be for 'käsitelty rekisteriote' (processed extract from the register).

Power of Attorney / Trade Register Extract
Came across this old question from a few years back while working on a similar type of document and just thought I'd put in a correction for posterity.
Timo was on the right track, but the K in KRO stands for "kauppa" (and the "hand" in Swedish for Handels). So KRO is "Kaupparekisteriote" or Trade Register Extract.
