receivables financingは、売掛債権を利用した資金調達、つまり売掛債権資金化という意味なので、
factoring = ファクタリング
receivables backed loan = 売掛債権担保融資、RBL
のどちらの可能性もありますし、それ以外の可能性もあります。
実際にはreceivables financingをfactoringと同じ意味で使っている会社が多いようですが、そうでない会社もあります。

取引先の倒産等により債権が回収できなくなった場合でも、手形割引と異なり、お客さまには買戻しの義務が生じません。
