This is the goatskin wine container used by Basque and Spanish goat herders. My father bought one from Spain. See Wikipedia reference below.

Wine bag or wine sack is a fabric back for putting bottled wines to present as gifts. This is different from putting the wine directly into the skin bag, as I understand is the case for Albert. See:
