Sometimes students in the professions or the trades go to practise at the businesses or factories for say, six months or a semester and, at the end of the "practice period", they also receive report cards by the same name (in Chinese: 紅坝σ蝶) which they can later attach to their resumes or work portfolios.

Sorry I misspelt participants in my answer above.

Of course when an individual writes an evaluation for an apprentice at the end of his practice for him to add to his resume, the formal term used is Employer Report Card. See Appendix D in http://www.abcalaska.org/assets/apprentice/ABCPolicies.pdf. When a potential job applicant who is new to the industry but who has done apprenticeships in various trades, eg., plumbing, electricity, carpentry, etc., comes to apply for a job in a business, he would be asked: \"Where are your industry report cards?\"

To answer your question I don't think there is one single standard technical term for it - it probably varies from company to company. But anything that sounds like it has to do with Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance will probably do. You can tack a "quarterly" in front.
