Ancho is what we call in Argentina to the ace of "cups". And "copas" is one of the suits of Spanish cards. I don't know if you're dealing with Tarot or playing cards. If you want to use poker card terminology, you'd need to use "ace of hearts". Maybe you can use "Ace of Cups".

What I meant is that "Ancho" is "Ace" for Argentina; it can be any suit though!
