@ Mark You are absolutely correct. To begin with, it's pretty obvious that, if the person complained about a problem, they felt harmed by it. So no need to translate it.
In addition, the construction in Portuguese is entirely incorrect. "Um problema com o qual se sentiu prejudicada" or "um problema que a fez se sentir prejudicada", at the least!

Perhaps no need to translate it. I would translate the source text like this:
