Ok.
Let's see if the client is able to shed any light on this!
Good luck anyway! ;)

Thank you so much for all this help. It has supported my opinion that the brief reference is not really very helpful at all, and now I feel able to pass this on to the client.
Thanks again Maggie
Chema Nieto Castañón Nov 13, 2019:
It would make some sense "afectación hemática antral". Bulbitis erosiva is an endoscopic description. Antral bleeding [?] ("afectación hemática antral") would naturally fit in here. And ibuprofen as cause of both. But yes, it is quite hard to imagine what is being conveyed here with "renovación hemática antral". Maybe it refers to ulcer scar ("post bleeding signs"), but this is just a guessing exercise without any more info I am afraid...
Maggie Rosengarten (asker) Nov 13, 2019:
The problem is the lack of any other context.
The first line of this very short text states "BULBITIS EROSIVA" and the second line states "RENOVACIÓN HEMÁTICA ANTRAL". The final line states ONLY "IBUPROFENO 600". I agree that this brevity makes the translation very difficult.

28 Sep 2004 - HSC renewal passes through three stages: quiescence, activation and proliferation, and a return to the dormant state. HSCs give rise to both red blood cells, which carry oxygen and carbon dioxide, and white blood cells, which fight infection.
