se generan en concepto (como consecuencia) de las partidas recibidas (de los artículos recibidos)
Lo que entiendo es lo siguiente:
El cliente compró algo y pagó. Desea devolver ese "algo". En la cuenta del cliente se abonará la suma correspondiente a ese algo que pagó.
Como no sabemos si son artículos o servicios, yo pondría "partidas" que es más general y menos comprometedor.
