Sample Is this sample like the marriage certificate you are/were working on?

If so, where/how is "chge" written? I mean, is it handwriting, whatever? Quite challenging this riddle! I thought it could stand for "charge" or "change" but it doesn't make any sense since the text is in Spanish...Anyway, good luck!

If at the end... ... it is either the initials of the typist or secretary, or what Joseph suggests.
Joseph Tein Nov 7, 2009:
Maybe it's somebody's initials? Maybe an abbreviation for the location where the certificate was signed?
Maggie Rosengarten (asker) Nov 7, 2009:
Sorry - should read in Spanish "Marzo 06 de 1996"
Joseph Tein Nov 7, 2009:
The date appears in English - March 06 1996 - in a marriage certificate from Colombia? That looks strange. Why is the date in English?
