The translatese in EU Council Regs. needs to be watched v. carefully as the insolvency practitioners working at EU Trans. Depts. must know that proceedings are not 'opened' and about an adjudication of insolvency or bankruptcy and that a judgement debtor is 'adjudged' bankrupt etc.
