See explanation Explanation: Not sure if there is a commonly accepted term for this but I believe DD in this case stands for "dubbeldiagnos" (try googling "DD-teamet" - the folks doing the diagnosis) ie. where the person suffers, or is beleived to suffer, from an addiction AND has a physical disability.
