Z pełnym szacunkiem do mojego przedmówcy, wydaje mi się jednak, że termin "regulamin pracowniczy" powstał w procesie tłumaczenia dokumentów UE. Studiowane przeze mnie polskie odpowiedniki nazywały się "regulaminem pracy".
Oto szablon, jaki najczęściej jest używany przy tworzeniu tychże przepisów w USA (oczywiście może ulegać modyfikacjom):
