Computerised Tomographic (CT) scans of the abdomen using the endoluminal protocol, and plain abdominal x-rays (anterior, poster or and lateral views) should be performed within the first 30 days post operative, at six months and then yearly.
The purpose of the plain x-ray is to look at structural graft problems and graft migration against fixed bony landmarks. This process should identify possible top stent detachment and identify graft structures.
