Source text - English The Contractor shall, within a period not exceeding 21 days from date of notification of the acceptance of his Tender, submit a Performance Bond of 10% of the total Contract value, in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee issued by an Abu Dhabi Emirate operating bank acceptable to the Department, provided that validity thereof shall extend to cover the period from the date of issue to the date of final handing-over.
The Contractor shall renew such guarantee until the completion, final handing-over and settlement of accounts of all Works required under this Contract. Such guarantee shall be irrevocable in regard to the original period or subsequent renewals.
Translation - Arabic على المقاول أن يقدم ضمانَا بالأداء قيمته 10% من قيمة العقد الكلية خلال فترة لا تزيد على 21 يوم من تاريخ إشعاره بقبول عرضه، ويكون هذا الضمان في صورة خطاب ضمان مصرفي صادر عن أحد المصارف العاملة في إمارة أبو ظبي المقبولة للقسم وعلى أن تمتد فترة صلاحيته لتشمل الفترة من تاريخ الإصدار وحتى تاريخ التسليم النهائي.
وعلى المقاول تجديد خطاب الضمان هذا حتى الإنهاء والتسليم النهائي وتسوية كل حسابات الأشغال المطلوبة بموجب هذا العقد، وخطاب الضمان هذا يجب ألا يكون قابلاً للإلغاء فيما يتعلق بالفترة المبدئية أو التجديدات التالية.

I have started working as translator in 2007. Previously, I had been working as a Teacher of English as a second Language for 6 years. During my career as a translator, with the grace of God, I established myself within the industry. I have my clients who come to me time after time.
Translation has always been my passion. It is something that I enjoy doing.
I have excellent Arabic style. My teacher used to tell me that I was going to be a writer or journalist. I just could not find anything that interested me enough to write about. Instead I translate stuff that I am interested in. And I am very GOOD at doing that.
