Polska Organizacja Turystyczna podsumowała ubiegły rok w branży turystycznej. Z raportu wynika, że w 2017 roku kraj odwiedziło 18,3 mln turystów. Według ekspertów pozytywny trend ma się utrzymywać, a Polska ma szansę stać się w przyszłości europejską potęgą, jeśli chodzi o turystykę.
Polska otrzymała m.in. prestiżową nagrodę "Best in Travel" przewodnika turystycznego "Lonely Planet", który uznał Polskę za jedno z 10 najlepszych miejsc na świecie pod względem korzystnego stosunku ceny do jakości.
Polskie miasta już od kilku lat są modne wśród zagranicznych turystów. Najlepszym przykładem jest Wrocław, który w lutym br. wygrał międzynarodowy konkurs European Best Destination 2018. Ale konkursy to jedno. Zachwyt mediów też robi swoje. Reportaże zagranicznych dziennikarzy, którzy przyjechali do Polski i wrócili oczarowani, stały się już normą.

L’Organisation Polonaise du Tourisme a présenté le résumé de l’année écoulée dans le secteur touristique. Le rapport établi qu’en 2017 ceux sont 18,3 millions de touristes qui ont visité le pays. Selon les experts, cet élan positif devrait se poursuivre ; la Pologne ayant des chances de devenir à l'avenir une puissance européenne en matière de tourisme.
La Pologne a notamment reçu le prestigieux prix Best in Travel décerné par le guide touristique Lonely Planet, qui compte le pays parmi l’une des 10 meilleures destinations au monde en matière de rapport qualité-prix.
Les villes polonaises sont déjà depuis plusieurs années à la mode chez les touristes étrangers. Le meilleur exemple est celui de Wroclaw, qui en février de cette année a remporté le concours European Best Destination 2018. Mais les concours ne font pas tout ; le ravissement des médias y est aussi pour quelque chose. Ainsi, les reportages de journalistes étrangers venus en Pologne et qui ont été séduits par le pays sont à présent chose courante.
English to French: ASSIGNMENT OF DEBT

(1) XXX, with offices at XXX (“Assignor”).
(2) XXX, with offices at XXX (“Assignee”).
WHEREAS
(A) XXX, a limited liability company, with offices at …. (“Borrower”) is indebted to the Assignor in the sum of US$ …. United States Dollars (referred to herein as the "Debt") which are recorded in the books of the Borrower as a loan in Euros which the Borrower is obliged to repay in full to Assignor along with interest and costs associated with the advances;
(B) Assignor wishes to assign all of its interest in the Debt to Assignee;
(C) Assignee wishes to receive an Assignment of the Debt.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Assignor hereby sells, assigns and transfers to Assignee the Debt together with all of its rights, titles, and interests in and to the Debt, free and clear of any claims, pledges, liens or other encumbrances.
2. As consideration for the Assignment, the Assignee hereby agrees to pay to the Assignor, concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, the sum of US$ …. (…. United States Dollars).
3. The Assignor hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Debt is justly and truly owing by the Borrower to the Assignor.
4. Henceforth, from the date of this Assignment, the Assignor acknowledges and agrees that all its rights in respect of the Debt have been assigned to the Assignee and the Borrower shall have no further obligation to the Assignor in respect of the Debt, all such rights in the Debt having been transferred to the Assignee and all such obligations in respect of the Debt being due to the Assignee.
5. This Assignment may be amended and the observance of any terms hereof may be waived only with the written consent of both parties.
6. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the Law of …. without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
7. This Debt Assignment Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original and all of which taken together will constitute one and the same instrument.

English to French: FORCE MAJEURE
Source text - English Either Party shall be excused from performance and shall not be in default in respect of any obligation hereunder to the extent that such performance is prevented or delayed wholly or in part as a consequence whether direct or indirect of emergency, strike, industrial dispute, accident, fire, earthquake, flood, storm, any act of god or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Party affected.
If the performance of a particular Party’s obligations under this Agreement is in the opinion of that Party hindered, delayed or affected by reason falling within Article 10, then the Party so affected shall as soon as possible following the occurrence or date of commencement of such event of Force Majeure notify the other Parties in writing.
Where a Force Majeure event affects the performance of a Party’s obligations for a continuous period greater than X months, the unaffected Parties may terminate this Agreement by written notice.
Translation - French Chaque Partie est libérée de l’exécution de ses obligations et n'est tenue responsable de l’une quelconque des obligations ci-après, dès lors que l’exécution visée est rendue impossible ou retardée, en tout ou en partie, du fait, direct ou indirect, d’une situation d’urgence, d’une grève, d’un conflit de travail, d’un accident, d’un incendie, d’un tremblement de terre, d’une inondation, d’un orage, d’une catastrophe naturelle ou de tout évènement indépendant de la volonté de la Partie concernée.
Si l’exécution de l'une des obligations d’une Partie, telle que prévue par le présent Contrat est, selon cette même Partie, entravée, retardée ou concernée par un évènement entrant dans le champ d’application de l’Article 10, la Partie ainsi concernée en avise sans délai les autres Parties par écrit, dès la survenance ou la date de début d’un tel événement de Force majeure.
Dans le cas où un évènement de Force majeure concerne l’exécution des obligations d’une Partie pendant une période ininterrompue d’une durée supérieure à X mois, les Parties qui ne sont pas concernées peuvent procéder à la résiliation du présent Contrat par notification écrite.
