neutral  Tony M: I think you are making an already mildly awkward phrase quite unnecessarily cumbersome in FR.

  -> I often see this type of phrase in contracts and I'm not surprised when I see one. It is long and wordy, this is why I also suggested "n'est aucunement acquise", so now the Asker can choose or find something different ;)
