American Defense Attaché CDR. Brian Moore gave a farewell interview for the Ministry of Defense official newspaper Ushtria. CDR Moore highlighted the positive reforms that Albania has accomplished in the military field and expressed his happiness to have been in the country during Albania’s NATO invitation and membership. Asked about his impressions of Albania, CDR Moore was quoted as saying, “I think Albanians are the most gracious people. I’m sad that I have to leave Albania but Albania will never leave our hearts.” On the country’s future collaboration, CDR Moore said that U.S. and Albania will continue to work side by side, for all those who want to live in peace and harmony.
